Instead of requesting your repeat prescription directly from the surgery we can now
offer the following alternative options.
(i) Pharmacy managed repeats - This is the most convenient way of getting your repeat
prescription. With your consent we can automatically request your prescription when
it is due. With this option your medication should always be ready for you when
you need it.
(ii) Text messaging - You can text your repeat prescription request via your mobile
phone directly to JRG Williams Pharmacy. We will pass on your request to the respective
surgery and collect your prescription.
(iii) E-mail - You can request your repeat prescription by e-mailing us. Your request
will be processed as stated for text messaging.
(iv) Telephone/answer machine/pharmacy box - You can request your repeat prescription
from us over the telephone. Out of hours you can leave a message on our answering
machine. You can also leave your request directly in the pharmacy.
